2% South Dakota Municipal Sales Tax - Unless you have a Sale Tax Exempt Form on file with us. If you are exempting because of Ag. we will need a exempt form also filled out.

Payment Terms:
Cash, Money Order, Cashiers Check & Bank Wire only.

Please make all Money Orders & Cashiers Checks payable to "Werner Auction Group Inc.".

All Cashiers Checks and Money Orders will be verified by the Finacial Institution they were drawn on before items are removed.

NO Items will be released until entire invoice is paid in full.

PLEASE NOTE:

The Sellers DO NOT provide transportation or shipping services for buyers to remove their merchandise. Any and all methods of towing and/or hauling, as well as all other methods or requirements for the removal and transport of the Equipment, is the sole responsibility of the buyer. The ownership of any and all items not removed by the final day of removal will revert back to the Sellers.ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS-IS, WHERE-IS".
