Any items not removed on pickup day will be charged $1 per day storage fee per item. And any item that needs forklift assistance after check out day will be charged an additional $20 to load out.

6.875% Minnesota Sales Tax - Unless you have a MN Sale Tax Exempt Form. If you are exempting because of Ag. we will need a exempt form also filled out.
Payment Terms:
Cash, Money Order, Cashiers Check & Bank Wire only.
On titled items, the buyers will pay the sales tax when they transfer the title at there DMV in the city & state they reside in. PCM Auction Company will report the sale of the titled item to the State to insure proper transferring.
Please make all Money Orders & Cashiers Checks payable to "PCM Auction Company".
All Checks and Money Orders will be verified by the Finacial Institution they were drawn on.

The Sellers DO NOT provide transportation or shipping services for buyers to remove their merchandise. Any and all methods of towing and/or hauling, as well as all other methods or requirements for the removal and transport of the Equipment, is the sole responsibility of the buyer.ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS-IS, WHERE-IS".
