This auction is being coordinated by “Counselor Realty” All descriptions & conditions indicated are deemed reliable but not guaranteed. “Counselor Realty” is responsible for scheduling inspection & pickup times. The collection & disbursement of all funds, including but not limited to sales tax, buyers fees & payments to sellers are the sole responsibility of “Counselor Realty”.

PAYMENT & PICKUP INFO...
The high bidder will complete an Offer to Purchase with a down payment within 24 hours of the auction closing. The balance is due at closing.
Buyers must have their financing in order prior to bidding. The auction company reserves the right to verify all bidders ability to perform.

SALES TAX & BUYER FEES...
There will be a 10% buyer’s fee added to the accepted bid price to make up the final purchase price.

Cash, Money Order, Cashier’s Check & Bank Wire only. No personal or business checks. No credit or debit cards.
ANY TRANSACTIONS OVER $9,000.00 MUST BE PAID FOR WITH BANK WIRE OR CASHIERS CHECK ONLY.
Property sells “AS IS, WHERE IS, HOW IS” with NO warranties & NO contingencies.
All payments will be made to designated title company.
All Checks and Money Orders will be verified by the Financial Institution they were drawn on.
NO Items will be released until entire invoice is paid in full.
